Full-Mouth Restoration
Full-mouth restoration rebuilds bite function, jaw mechanics, and oral health across both arches — the appropriate path when significant teeth are missing, severely worn, or functionally compromised.
- Bite analysis and jaw relationship re-established digitally before treatment begins
- Phased treatment: disease control → implants → healing → definitive ceramics
- Temporary prostheses at each stage so function is maintained throughout

What is Full-Mouth Restoration?
Full-mouth restoration (also called full-mouth rehabilitation or reconstruction) addresses the entire dentition — upper and lower jaw — when function has broken down. Treatment typically combines implants, bone grafting where needed, root canal therapy, and definitive zirconia or porcelain bridges and crowns.
Unlike a smile makeover, full-mouth restoration is clinically indicated: missing or failing teeth, advanced wear, jaw joint compromise, severe gum disease, or extensive decay. Treatment is phased across multiple visits, with bite height and jaw relationship re-established before aesthetics are finalised. The result is both functional and aesthetic.
Usually included (confirmed on your itemised quote)
- CBCT-guided implant planning and bite analysis
- Dental implants — All-on-4, All-on-6, or individual implants as clinically indicated
- Bone grafting where required for implant support
- Temporary prostheses at each treatment phase
- Definitive zirconia or hybrid ceramic restorations across both arches
Illustrative phased visits
- Assessment visit: CBCT, records, bite registration, and phased treatment agreement.
- Surgical phase: extractions, implant placement, and provisional prosthesis delivery.
- Healing period: remote monitoring and coordination with your local dentist.
- Definitive phase: try-in, bonding or screw retention of final restorations, occlusion sign-off.
